Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Once the item is claimed, paid for and deemed yours the sale is final. Our commitment is to give you, our best! Items are handmade with care and shipped with appropriate packaging, we will not be responsible for items after they are shipped. 

We also are not responsible for carrier delays.  We are on a RTS platform and will ship USPS Ground within 14 business days after payment is made.   That means you may receive the item after that time.  If there is an emergency that arises, we will communicate that in a timely manner.   Once item is received, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED!
